What you will do

• Own and optimize ad monetization strategy across key projects.
• Drive initiatives to maximize LTV.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve revenue and engagement metrics.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting ad performance.
• Manage and grow relationships with ad partners, test new ones.
• Collaborate with product and UA teams to align monetization with overall goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ad monetization within mobile games.
• Understanding of casual and hybrid-casual monetization specifics.
• Strong understanding of the full ad monetization cycle and its impact on performance and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and understand monetization vs product metrics trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX preferred) and key ad partners.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
