What you will do

• Create and optimize 3D models and animations suitable for real-time engines and high-polished renders.
• Bridge the gap between design visions and software implementation through technical accuracy.
• Develop UV maps, textures, and shaders to meet high-performance standards.
• Rig and animate 3D assets for vehicle-related applications.
• Collaborate closely with design and software engineering teams to achieve world-class results.
• Troubleshoot file formats like GLTF and ensure system efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK.
• Strong experience in 3D modeling for real-time engines and game development or production houses.
• Proficiency in modeling tools such as Blender, 3dsmax, Maya, or Unreal.
• Competence in rendering tools like V-Ray or similar solutions.
• Degree level qualification in Design, Games, or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of game engine limitations and model optimization techniques.
