• Perform rigorous in-game content testing to verify functional quality and performance.
• Identify technical issues early and propose efficient, scalable solutions.
• Optimize internal design workflows and tools to enhance overall team productivity.
• Provide technical support and knowledge sharing within the design team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Game Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of game engine workflows and asset pipeline management.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical constraints and creative design goals.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency and performance standards.
