• Coordinate the work of the system game designers team.
• Develop the team: onboarding, mentoring, setting long-term goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Plan and implement LiveOps on the project.
• Work with FTUE based on analytical data.
• Describe new mechanics and bring them to implementation.
• Maintain communication with other departments: Art, UI UX, Unity.
