What you will do
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across security assessments, monitoring, and compliance services.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to optimize sales strategy.
- Represent the company at professional meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or cybersecurity services.
- Proven track record of selling high-ticket or long-term service contracts.
- Ability to explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Fluency in English for professional communication.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in Limassol during standard office hours.

- Proficiency in Greek.
