🔥HEAD OF SALES
Location: Cyprus
Format: Limassol office
Employment: full-time
✔️What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Leadership
-Lead and develop the Sales team;
-Set KPIs, manage performance, and improve sales processes;
-Build scalable outbound and partnership-driven sales strategies;
-Mentor team members and participate in complex negotiations.
Business Development & Partnerships
-Represent the company at international conferences and industry events;
-Build relationships with operators, platforms, agencies, and strategic partners;
-Expand the company’s network within international markets;
-Identify new business opportunities and growth directions.
Strategic Sales
-Personally lead high-level negotiations and strategic deals;
-Build and manage relationships with key partners and clients;
-Drive long-term revenue growth and partnership expansion;
-Analyze sales funnel performance and identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with Product and Marketing teams;
-Translate market and client feedback into commercial opportunities;
-Align sales initiatives with company growth strategy.
✔️What We’re Looking For
-3 - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
-Experience in SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS,iGaming, MarTech, or related digital industries;
-Experience managing Sales teams;
-Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills;
-Experience building outbound sales and partnership channels;
-Experience working with international clients and markets;
-Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
-Strong CRM and analytics skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, AmoCRM, etc.).
Nice to Have
-Experience selling infrastructure or performance-driven B2B products;
-Existing network within iGaming, fintech, or affiliate ecosystems;
