What you will do

• Triage and resolve customer issues reported from the field in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable backend microservices and maintain cloud-native cybersecurity product features.
• Build and optimize user interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Identify and debug complex integration failures, race conditions, and system bottlenecks.
• Contribute to architectural improvements and maintain high engineering standards through code reviews.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams to iterate on product performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud-based application development.
• Hands-on development proficiency with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with at least one modern UI framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka or SQS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and observability tools like Datadog, ELK, or Terraform.
• Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS or hybrid cloud environments.
