What you will do
- Develop and maintain embedded applications using C++ for technology platform features.
- Design and implement standardized, scalable build processes for Linux-based embedded controllers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and engineering visibility.
- Perform application readiness and checkout activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Drive improvements in toolchains, including requirements management and build infrastructure.
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to both technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be able to work full-time at the Mossville, IL office
- Visa sponsorship is NOT available
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- Proficiency in C, C++, and object-oriented programming
- Demonstrated experience in Linux-based software development
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Experience with CI/CD systems, Git, and build tools like Artifactory
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Proficiency in Google Test framework
- Principal or Staff engineer level experience
