What you will do

• Implement and integrate Azure OpenAI API and RAG systems into client applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Experiment with diverse ML techniques and fine-tune open-source models for specific business needs.
• Create PoCs and MVPs for AI-based applications across retail, healthcare, and finance sectors.
• Lead technical project implementations and mentor junior engineers within the team.
• Research and apply cutting-edge techniques in voice processing, diarization, and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow).
• Deep knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and GraphRAG.
• Proven experience with agentic workflows, Autogen, and cloud-based AI (AWS, Azure).
• English: C1+ required for verbal and written communication.
• Must be based in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with open-source LLMs like Llama or Mistral.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Industry-specific AI experience in healthcare or finance.
• Professional AI certifications (e.g., AI-900, AI-102).
