TL;DR

Merchant Operations Lead (Fintech): Building and scaling a critical merchant operations and partnership function with an accent on payment ecosystem orchestration, PSP integration, and customer success. Focus on developing scalable processes for merchant onboarding, optimizing routing logic, and managing relationships with global payment providers.

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided, including visa assistance for you and your family.

What you will do

  • Build and lead the Customer Success team, establishing frameworks for onboarding, adoption, and growth.
  • Oversee support operations, SLAs, and technical incident resolution in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and fraud systems, including integrations and performance monitoring.
  • Develop internal tools, checklists, and operational processes to improve team efficiency and service quality.
  • Collect and synthesize customer insights to influence the product roadmap and drive merchant performance.
  • Ensure operational compliance with partner requirements and manage the integration pipeline for strategic expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or merchant-facing operational roles.
  • Deep expertise in payment ecosystems, including PSPs, acquirers, fraud, routing, and orchestration.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling processes or teams from scratch.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing internal teams and external partners.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
