What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end retail banking processes including accounts, cards, lending, and KYC to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions to define and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Drive digital banking initiatives across mobile, internet, and self-service channels.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, architecture, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support UAT, validate functionalities, and oversee smooth production rollouts.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail and Digital Banking.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking products and digital banking journeys including onboarding and digital KYC.
• Experience with core banking systems such as T24, Flexcube, or Finacle.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a solid understanding of banking regulations and risk controls.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital banking architecture.
