Lead/ Principal Business Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Riyadh only; hybrid work arrangement indicated.

What you will do

• Lead major parts of hirify.global Dimension consulting and implementation projects across investment operations and front-office domains.
• Analyze client requirements and processes and define solutions for the effective use of hirify.global Dimension.
• Work closely with project managers and act as a key customer contact throughout project delivery.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to international knowledge sharing.
• Prepare enhancement requirement specifications and identify tailored services beyond project scope.
• Improve implementation best practices and promote them across projects.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a similar qualification.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banking, asset management, insurance, or consulting.
• Experience with or exposure to ABOR, alternatives investment, front-office, or related investment management domains.
• Strong knowledge of investment management workflows and financial instruments, ideally covering accounting, alternatives investment, front-office processes, or related domains.
• Independent and analytical working style.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, commercial awareness, customer orientation, and quality consciousness.
• Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel.

• Experience with hirify.global Dimension or implementing financial software.
