🚨 Hiring: Compliance Officer & MLRO – Virtual Assets
📍 Location: Dubai (Onsite) - NO VISA & NO Relocation

This is a key leadership role, where you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the end-to-end compliance framework, working closely with senior stakeholders, and acting as the primary point of contact with regulators.

🔍 Key Requirements (Must-Have):
• Proven experience working with VARA regulations (mandatory)
• Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong hands-on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting
• Prior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processes

⚠️ Important:
• This is an onsite role in Dubai
• Visa sponsorship is not provided
• Candidates should be based in the UAE or able to manage their own relocation
