What you will do

• Define enterprise machine learning strategy and identify high-value use cases.
• Build and lead high-performing data science teams to deliver production ML systems.
• Embed data science tools into organization-wide decision-making processes.
• Architect end-to-end analytics solutions, from data collection to LLM/GenAI implementation.
• Manage P&L impact and present the ROI of analytics investments to C-suite leadership.
• Oversee model lifecycle management, MLOps practices, and production infrastructure scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or GenAI with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deploy production ML systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise with Python, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong background in GenAI/LLM application development, including fine-tuning, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience operating within enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B technology environments.
• Expertise in influencing executive leadership and driving organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Strong background in customer-centric analytics like churn prediction and customer lifetime value.
• Published research, patents, or thought leadership demonstrations in the field.
