Hr Generalist (Nordics): Leading and managing end-to-end HR operations for the Nordic employee population with an accent on compliance, consistency, and a high-quality employee experience. Focus on employment law, HR environments, and operational work.
Location: Stockholm, Linköping. Hybrid

What you will do
- Serve as the primary owner and SME for all Nordic HR processes, ensuring compliance with respective employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience.
- Partner with global payroll stakeholders to review and validate payroll for accuracy and compliance.
- Own the integrity and day-to-day administration of the HRIS (HiBob), partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate data, strong functionality, and consistent processes.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to HR initiatives aligned with global priorities, including engagement programs, compensation cycles, and process standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong depth in HR operations and employment law.
- Demonstrated experience supporting global HR Teams and employment markets including but not limited to EMEA.
- Strong HRIS experience with a focus on data integrity, audits, and process optimization with HR systems including but not limited to HiBob, Deel etc.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in other EMEA geographies, such as the Netherlands, or other regions would be beneficial. Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration.
- HR certification is desirable but not required.
