Salary: 450-500k SEK per annum

What you will do
- Own and maintain accurate HR master data in HiBob for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and compensation changes.
- Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on policies, benefits, leave, and HR processes.
- Develop modern HR self-service tools including AI-supported knowledge bases and improved FAQs.
- Coordinate employee experience and engagement initiatives across the Nordics.
- Support process improvements and collaborate with regional and global HR teams.
Requirements
- 2β4 years in HR administration, operations, or similar
- Strong attention to detail for HR data and documentation
- Structured and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and service-oriented approach
- Experience with HRIS systems (ideally HiBob)
- Work eligibility in Sweden required
