TL;DR

Nordics HR Coordinator: Ensuring high-quality HR operations across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark with an accent on HR master data accuracy, employee experience, and digital self-service tools. Focus on maintaining employee lifecycle data in HiBob, providing guidance on policies and processes, and driving continuous improvements in HR systems.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden with 2-3 days/week in the office. Must have eligibility to work in Sweden; no sponsorship provided.

Salary: 450-500k SEK per annum

What you will do

  • Own and maintain accurate HR master data in HiBob for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and compensation changes.
  • Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on policies, benefits, leave, and HR processes.
  • Develop modern HR self-service tools including AI-supported knowledge bases and improved FAQs.
  • Coordinate employee experience and engagement initiatives across the Nordics.
  • Support process improvements and collaborate with regional and global HR teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in HR administration, operations, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail for HR data and documentation
  • Structured and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and service-oriented approach
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ideally HiBob)
  • Work eligibility in Sweden required

  • Experience in multi-country or Nordic setups
