What you will do

• Manage and organize hirify.global’s online and offline communities across Spain/Portugal.
• Lead Telegram group moderation and execute engaging mini-games and community campaigns.
• Organize and execute online and offline events to boost user engagement and education.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities.
• Support recruitment, training, and managing hirify.global Angels across the region.
• Create, translate, and proofread community content in Spanish/Portuguese and English.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community management, events, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Telegram moderation, bots, mini-games, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated success in organizing both offline and online events.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with local communities, student clubs, and universities.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Bilingual capability in Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of hirify.global products and core features.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and content creation skills for multilingual markets.
• Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content generation, user segmentation, or campaign automation.
• Capable of setting KPIs, tracking performance, and mentoring community members or volunteers.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to align with community and business needs.
