Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid option available in San Francisco (three days a week).

Salary: $122,400-$195,500 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the design and implementation of enrollment and content experience features for the hirify.global mobile application.
• Drive technical design decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define specifications and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Ensure robust system quality through unit testing and end-to-end testing.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to peers.
• Stay current with industry trends, integrating emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering production mobile applications.
• 2+ years experience with native Android and/or iOS development and the respective SDKs.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing with Flutter.
• Expertise in mobile architecture and design patterns.
• Proficient with Git version control systems and other essential mobile development tools.
• Experience implementing comprehensive testing strategies.

Nice to have

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related experience.
• Experience with MVVM architecture, SDUI, and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with flutter_bloc.
• Skilled in mobile architecture, testing, monitoring, and alerting.
