What you will do

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and partners.
• Timely notify clients about upcoming game releases and updates, providing necessary materials and information.
• Promote hirify.global games and regularly review game performance based on target markets.
• Analyse progress, promotion results, and develop strategies for growth and client development.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports on the progress of the account to the team lead, tracking key metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of B2B account management or sales experience.
• Language proficiency: English — Advanced.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross‐functionally with technical, product, operations, and marketing teams.
• Customer/service orientation with a focus on delivering value, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
