What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for critical platform initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor on foundational UX patterns.
• Drive a data-informed culture by defining success metrics and leveraging product analytics.
• Architect scalable solutions in partnership with Design Systems.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes to move decisions.
• Develop sophisticated AI patterns, focusing on human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in product design for SaaS or B2B.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Claude, Figma Make).
• A proven ability to design strategically with AI, reimagining complex workflows through automation.
• Expertise in navigating ambiguity.
• Extensive experience with Design Systems, focusing on global consistency and accessibility.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.
