What you will do

• Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure timely product delivery within scope and budget.
• Define priorities and coordinate daily activities across cross-functional teams.
• Manage comprehensive communication flows via status reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and mentor team members on management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an IT/Software environment.
• Proficiency in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Clear and confident communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Expertise in tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
