What you will do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of financial operations for clients using company solutions.
• Design and scale structured service packages ranging from strategic discovery to user training.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients align with financial policies and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Provide critical feedback to the Product team to ensure features meet specific market needs.
• Contribute financial expertise to promotional campaigns and educational content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance consulting, operations, or ERP/SaaS implementations.
• Fluency in English and Native German proficiency required.
• Strong grasp of financial processes like expenses, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to work from the office in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA.
• Experience with software like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Sage, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
