What you will do

• Develop test plans, procedures, and scripts, including supporting SQL queries.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering and review for testability within a Scrum team.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve software quality issues.
• Document and communicate technical findings regarding customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining a sense of urgency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software testing experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Comfort working in a team environment or independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with K-12 School Food Service applications.
• Background in online payment or banking systems.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, XML, or HTML.
