What you will do

• Conduct Agile QA testing for bugs and user stories
• Collaborate with support and product teams to diagnose customer-reported issues
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on acceptance criteria
• Manage and coordinate testing for major feature releases, mentoring junior team members
• Configure and monitor long-term system integration tests
• Identify and qualify real-world customer use cases and environments

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of related experience
• Strong working knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems
• Technical competency with SQL, Postman, and VSCode
• Must work onsite in Liberty Lake, Washington
• No sponsorship or immigration-related support available for this role
