⚽️ Franchise Sales Manager (US Market) | Remote
Sportika Labs is expanding to the US 🇺🇸 and looking for a high-ticket closer to sell franchise licenses ($10k–50k).
About us:
750+ locations | 300+ franchisees | 1000+ coaches trained
Now launching in the US with secured investment 🚀
What you’ll do:
• Close franchise deals (full-cycle sales)
• Work with inbound leads
• Run calls & presentations (Zoom)
• Sell to entrepreneurs, parents, sports pros
• Manage pipeline in CRM
We’re looking for:
• 3+ yrs in high-ticket / complex sales
• Strong English (Spanish is a plus)
• Experience with US market is a huge plus
• Closer mindset (not just account management)
• Available to work US time zones
