What you will do

• Solve novel ML use cases from scoping and design to production deployment.
• Develop and maintain internal ML frameworks and automated training/evaluation pipelines.
• Build efficient machine learning models and architectures for computer vision.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and build tools for auto-labeling and data auditing.
• Manage cloud-based (GCP) and on-premise compute and storage resources.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team to optimize ML model performance.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software engineering using Python.
• Strong background in deep learning for Computer Vision and PyTorch.
• Proven ability in model deployment and optimization using ONNX Runtime and TensorRT.
• Proficiency in Linux, Git, and SQL.
• Ability to manage and iterate on model experiments and parameters.
• Must be able to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with model compression, knowledge distillation, and research paper implementation.
• Knowledge of generative models (text, image, video) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Docker containers and cloud infrastructure management.
• Expertise in performance optimization for NVIDIA hardware platforms.
