What you will do

• Design and maintain rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, latency, and real-world performance.
• Lead ASR quality improvement efforts, including error analysis, dataset curation, and metric definition.
• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for speech recognition and downstream NLP tasks.
• Analyze large-scale speech and text data to identify failure modes and drive targeted model improvements.
• Collaborate with applied research, product, and platform teams to bridge experimental research and production impact.
• Establish best practices for continuous model validation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong background in speech recognition (ASR) or speech processing.
• Deep experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, and error analysis for ML systems.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of transformer-based models and large-scale training.
