What you will do

• Design and execute strategies for audience acquisition and organic reach expansion across all channels.
• Optimize content formats and metadata to maximize visibility on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube search engines.
• Lead the content adaptation framework for various platforms, including vertical video and carousels.
• Conduct A/B testing on distribution hooks and formats to optimize the growth funnel.
• Analyze performance metrics such as reach, retention, and search impressions to refine content strategy.
• Bridge the gap between creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
• Proven track record in growing audiences through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms.
• English: C1 proficiency required for analyzing global benchmarks.
• Advanced technical proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
• Strategic mindset with high execution capacity and data-driven approach.
