What you will do
- Manage end-user inquiries and issues through email, phone, and ticketing portals.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective technical solutions.
- Execute configuration changes within client applications, including Salesforce.
- Bridge communication between clients and development teams regarding enhancement requests.
- Develop and execute functional test cases for new releases.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
- 2+ years of experience in application support, business analysis, or project management.
- Proficiency in waterfall, agile, and iterative development methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
