Location: Must be based in Lawrence, Kansas. Employees are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain shared web components using React.
- Contribute to the evolution of front-end architecture, patterns, and best practices.
- Lead efforts to migrate monolithic applications into smaller, independently deployable microsites.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement high-impact web solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested code while balancing speed with long-term system maintainability.
- Improve developer experience and platform performance across multiple products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in building modern web applications with React or similar frameworks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools within the coding workflow.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ember.js or large-scale application architecture.
- Background in building shared UI libraries or design systems.
- Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
