What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain shared web components using React.
• Contribute to the evolution of front-end architecture, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead efforts to migrate monolithic applications into smaller, independently deployable microsites.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement high-impact web solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested code while balancing speed with long-term system maintainability.
• Improve developer experience and platform performance across multiple products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency in building modern web applications with React or similar frameworks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools within the coding workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ember.js or large-scale application architecture.
• Background in building shared UI libraries or design systems.
• Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
