What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define test strategies and validation plans.
• Coordinate testing efforts with offshore QA teams to ensure alignment and consistent coverage.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and backend services.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and report defects via Jira.
• Mentor offshore team members on testing methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software QA or test automation engineering.
• Proven ability to perform manual and automated testing for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional and offshore team collaboration.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States as the company uses E-Verify.
