What you will do
- Work directly with customers to drive adoption of the AI-powered testing platform
- Author, maintain, and optimize AI-powered test flows for various web applications
- Debug failed tests and investigate complex AI agent behaviors
- Translate customer requirements into effective prompts and workflows
- Provide technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering to drive platform improvements based on real-world use cases
Requirements
- 3β4 years of experience in manual testing, QA, or test automation
- Strong understanding of web applications and browser behavior
- Ability to work on-site in New York City
- Proficiency in debugging failures and navigating complex edge cases
- Clear communication skills and customer empathy
- Curiosity and willingness to learn AI concepts and prompt engineering
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or API testing
- Basic scripting skills
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
