What you will do

• Ship full-stack features from initial concept to production deployment.
• Write, test, and maintain code across the entire stack using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Leverage AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code to accelerate development.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and real-world performance metrics.
• Take ownership of feature quality, performance, and edge case handling.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience building and shipping software products.
• Proficiency or strong willingness to learn the stack: Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Demonstrable experience using AI-assisted coding tools in a practical development environment.
• Startup mindset with the ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and rough requirements.
• Strong product-minded approach to technical trade-offs.
