What you will do

• Own core product areas from discovery and architectural design through to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and commercial teams to translate customer insights into robust technical solutions.
• Build scalable APIs, backend services, and polished frontend interfaces for AI agentic workflows.
• Leverage AI coding assistance tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate engineering workflows.
• Champion engineering best practices including testing, observability, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Mentor other engineers and help define the company's engineering and product-thinking standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a software engineer in high-growth startups or fast-paced technical environments.
• Strong Python expertise with experience shipping customer-facing features on critical paths.
• Solid experience designing high-quality APIs, distributed systems, and user-facing frontend applications.
• Demonstrated product intuition and experience owning end-to-end product development.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration.
• Background in real estate, law, or finance industries.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming systems.
• Experience with component-based system design and microservices.
