What you will do

• Design and build secure, scalable services for AI agent identity, secrets management, and access control.
• Develop authentication flows and real-time access policies ensuring least-privilege principles.
• Lead the evolution of agentic AI integration into the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence architectural design and system delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code for high-performance security infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria to support hybrid office attendance.
• 5+ years of experience in backend or systems development.
• Proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based distributed systems.
• Proficiency with modern cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate partnerships across multiple engineering teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement.

• Experience with Python or Go.
