What you will do

• Develop and steer overarching concepts for campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear, scalable concepts.
• Shape the content of websites, landing pages, and performance campaigns.
• Ensure a consistent concept across all digital channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, and Production teams to lead content development.
• Present and defend creative concepts to clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an agency or similar digital role.
• Native-level German proficiency required.
• Proven track record in developing campaigns and digital concepts.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, content structures, and digital platforms.
• Confident handling of SEO principles and performance metrics.
• Ability to formulate and advocate for creative ideas convincingly.

Nice to have

• Experience with the targeted use of generative AI in creative processes.
• Strong analytical mindset for refining concepts based on performance data.
