Finance Data Specialist (Power BI & Webcon)

What you will do

• Manage the Power BI environment, including workspaces, security, and refresh schedules.
• Design and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query for financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain workflows within WEBCON BPS to automate finance, procurement, and HR processes.
• Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Document data logic and ensure KPI consistency across all business units.
• Support integrations between WEBCON, ERP, and other business systems.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI administration and data modeling
• Proven experience with WEBCON BPS development or administration
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, controlling, or FP&A
• Proficiency in Excel
• Very good command of English (B2/C1)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and ERP systems
• Experience in project management
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process automation
