What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Manage and document support cases within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate customer feedback and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain high service standards through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in occasional on-site events or business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (B2+), English, and Ukrainian proficiency required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Continuous learner eager to develop new technical and professional skills.
