What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Collect and document customer case details accurately within the CRM.
- Escalate critical technical issues and provide feedback to internal departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with reselling partners and end-users.
- Occasional attendance at on-site events or business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- Proven background in IT support or a related technical field.
- English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate level required.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure support scenarios.
- Must be based in Kyiv for hybrid office operations.
