What you will do

  • Provide efficient technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
  • Collect and document customer case details accurately within the CRM.
  • Escalate critical technical issues and provide feedback to internal departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with reselling partners and end-users.
  • Occasional attendance at on-site events or business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven background in IT support or a related technical field.
  • English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate level required.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure support scenarios.
  • Must be based in Kyiv for hybrid office operations.
