What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support via online sessions, telephone, and email
- Handle support cases and maintain accurate records in the company CRM
- Collaborate with other departments to communicate and escalate customer feedback
- Assist with occasional on-site events
Requirements
- German and English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
