What you will do

• Build, train, and deploy deep learning-based models including NLP and LLMs.
• Conduct high-impact research on AI alignment and safety protocols.
• Collaborate on diverse client projects, ranging from data science to full-stack implementation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Automate processes and optimize workflows using AI tools and APIs.

Requirements

• Proven data science experience with a track record of managing projects and stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Python and building/training deep learning models (NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision).
• Experience working with AI model APIs via REST or client libraries.
• Must be able to work exclusively in English with high proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable chunks.

Nice to have

• Experience with software engineering best practices.
