What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for enterprise initiatives from discovery through delivery and impact measurement.
• Research and define customer problems via direct engagement, community feedback, and ecosystem analysis.
• Drive product clarity by creating strong problem statements and requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Lead stakeholder-facing discussions, roadmap presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Contribute to platform strategy, including AI agent security, governance, compliance, and performance scaling.
• Mentor junior PMs and lead through coaching and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end software product management experience with proven customer outcomes.
• Experience building for enterprise customers with deep understanding of complex adoption and compliance needs.
• Strong technical foundation enabling effective collaboration with engineers and engagement with technical buyers.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Must be located in Poland, Ireland, or the United Kingdom.
• Ability to travel several times per year for customer engagements and industry events.
