What you will do

• Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team of programmers to foster a cohesive and effective work environment.
• Spearhead the design and development of game architecture and complex features.
• Oversee systemic direction while ensuring alignment with the project leadership and co-lead studios.
• Identify development risks and implement solutions to resolve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with the project core team to define roadmaps, priorities, and project goals.
• Support team members in achieving their delivery targets and professional growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience in the game industry.
• Shipped at least 1 Anvil title.
• Proficiency in C++ with solid knowledge of C# or Java.
• Strong understanding of multi-threaded principles and systems optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work efficiently with large, existing codebases.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open World or Online game titles.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese.
