What you will do

• Develop and maintain efficient and creative workflows and tools for composting artists.
• Troubleshoot artist tool issues and develop effective solutions in collaboration with the pipeline team members.
• Work daily with the pipeline management team and team lead to identify and implement existing and new features.
• Write technical briefs and user documentation.
• Identify early areas of improvements and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Passion for staying on top of latest features in Nuke.
• 2+ years experience writing Nuke pipeline code using python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated talent for designing intuitive, artist-friendly workflows without sacrificing functionality.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming patterns.
• Comfortable with git and unit testing.

Nice to have

• Basic DCC familiarity with Houdini, Maya.
• Experience with PyQt or PySide preferred.
• Understanding of Color Science is a plus.
• Experience programming in C++, especially using Nuke’s NDK preferred.
