TL;DR

Customer Value Architect (Cybersecurity): Driving customer onboarding, adoption of Falcon Flex, and platform value realization to minimize churn and maximize investment impact. Focus on delivering high-impact value proposals, managing complex enterprise account relationships, and executing executive-level business reviews.

Location: Must be based in the Central territory (CST) of the United States; up to 40% travel required.

Salary: $135,000 – $205,000 per year plus commissions and equity.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding execution and create tailored customer success plans for enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with sales to drive Falcon Flex adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) showcasing ROI and value realization.
  • Analyze Flex usage patterns to proactively mitigate churn risks and optimize consumption.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the security portfolio to lead consultative engagements.
  • Build and sustain trust-based relationships with executive-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S. Central Time (CST) zone.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record in managing complex customer relationships within security software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of business value concepts, ROI metrics, and financial acumen.
  • Experience with flexible or consumption-based licensing models.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for customer and internal meetings.
