What you will do

• Conduct threat modeling exercises in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Triage and prioritize SCA, SAST, DAST, and CSPM findings to support vulnerability management.
• Perform internal penetration tests and security assessments of web technologies.
• Partner with developers to ensure the timely remediation of identified security vulnerabilities.
• Develop custom automation scripts and tools for log analysis, patch management, and incident detection.
• Build integrations between security tools and existing infrastructure using Python, JavaScript, or Go.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland
• 3+ years of professional experience in application security, including threat modeling or secure design reviews.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Solid experience with AWS security and engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with web application penetration testing.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Terraform, and REST API development.

Nice to have

• Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, eCPPT, eWPT, or Security+.
• Prior experience in Bug Bounty programs.
