Salary: $107,500 - $165,000 USD (CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA)

What you will do

• Design and deliver user experience solutions that align with product requirements and player needs.
• Assist with user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to communicate design intent and to direct development teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate and refine designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliverables efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in a UX design capacity.
• Proven experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of UX research methodologies and ability to apply insights effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
