What you will do

  • Generate new opportunities by identifying and engaging key members of the buying group within strategic accounts.
  • Qualify marketing-generated demand based on established criteria before handing off to Account Executives.
  • Execute outbound prospecting cadences including calls, social outreach, and email communication.
  • Manage account information and activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with aligned sales teams to drive account penetration and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global products and market competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales practices and social selling.
  • Technical familiarity with storage, cloud backup, or data security solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and business research platforms.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in high-tech or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in Revenue Development Representative roles.
