Location: Onsite in Noordwijk, Netherlands with occasional travel to Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do
- Provide board coordination support to the EuroQCI Mission Advisory Board, including agenda preparation, meeting scheduling, documentation management, and issuing Minutes of Meeting.
- Track actions, follow up items, and recommendations stemming from MAB discussions.
- Support the preparation of technical material and documentation used during MAB sessions.
- Consolidate technical inputs from ESA teams, industry, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting technical background documents and briefing packages.
- Collaborate with ESA, European Commission, and industry contributors to ensure efficient information flow and meeting readiness.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in engineering support, project coordination, change control, or programme support, preferably within a technical or aerospace environment.
- Experience providing board coordination support or committee administration for advisory boards, working groups, or governance bodies.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for formal documentation such as minutes, technical notes, and memoranda.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
- Candidates must have or be eligible to obtain Personal Security Clearance (PSC) up to ESA SECRET / EU SECRET.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with EuroQCI, secure communications, satellite systems, or EU-funded programmes is a strong asset.
- Previous involvement in ESA, EU agencies, or similar international technical environments is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with configuration-controlled documentation processes or structured engineering environments is an asset.
