What you will do

• Lead the design and development of software systems, including APIs, partner integrations, internal tools, and database architecture.
• Build scalable, reliable solutions that improve team operations across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Experience, and Operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify process bottlenecks and translate business needs into technical systems and automations.
• Drive data infrastructure and analysis initiatives across hearing diagnostics, sales, customer, and operational data.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and internal metrics to improve visibility into business performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python and/or React preferred).
• Strong experience building and maintaining backend systems, APIs, databases, and internal or operational tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from scoping through execution.
• Familiarity with scalable backend architecture, data management best practices, and secure system design.
• Experience contributing to security, compliance, or governance-related technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
